SALARY LEVEL: PAY BAND 4, $56,135.19 - $83,093.79 Annually

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Prevention Specialist- Healthy Living
Educator will plan, implement, and evaluate programming that is culturally safe and promotes
and supports healthy, active living in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two-year college diploma in a health and/or fitness related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience working in a health field related to fitness and nutrition.
• Must be willing to become certified in a variety of fitness and health-based skills.
• Must be able to provide nutrition and fitness activities for long periods of time
