Assistant Professor in Aerospace Engineering- Tenure Track

Position Summary: The Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) Department of the Wallace H. Coulter School of Engineering at Clarkson University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor rank in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering starting in August 1st, 2025, academic year. A Ph.D. in Mechanical, Materials and/or Aerospace Engineering or related area is required. Applications are sought from an individual with a research focus in material science, composite materials, microstructural analysis, structural and fatigue analysis, microscopist applied to the mechanical and aerospace engineering field.

Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Science or related fields

Range: $105,000- $112,000 salary based on experience
