Director of Campus Safety & Security

About the Role:

Position Summary: The Director of CSS ensures that a safety-oriented and community- and prevention-based approach is taken into consideration in all work that is carried out by the department. This relies on building and maintaining productive relationships with campus and community constituents.

Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required. 5-7 years of experience in safety and security or law enforcement in a management position. 2-3 years of experience working on community outreach and diversity, equity, and inclusion. 1-2 years of experience with Emergency Management.

Range: $84,500- $95,000 based on experience.
